Clinical Research Patient Recruiter - Scottsdale, AZ

Position Overview :

We're in search of a dynamic and innovative individual to join our expanding team as a Marketing Representative. This role involves spearheading initiatives to attract new patients and propel the nationwide growth of our organization through diverse marketing endeavors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in executing marketing strategies for our organization at both corporate and site-specific levels.
• Engage in patient recruitment efforts to enhance the visibility of clinical trial sites within our network.
• Develop and manage advertising campaigns across various platforms such as social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram), online forums (e.

g., Craigslist), search engines (e.g., Google), and industry-specific networks (e.g., Clinical Connections, Clinical Trial Partners).

• Coordinate the review and approval process of advertising campaigns by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
• Implement patient recruitment strategies outlined by the Head of Marketing and / or Chief Commercial Officer, leveraging various outreach activities.
• Act as the liaison with Clinical Research Associates (CRAs) regarding advertising budgets and expenditures allocated for each trial.
• Monitor and manage marketing and advertising budgets in alignment with sponsor requirements.
• Demonstrate effective multitasking skills to efficiently balance marketing activities across multiple sites and entities.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive reports on key performance metrics.
